This policy explains how rideviz.online handles your data when you use the landing page and app.

What data we collect

Email addresses submitted through the waitlist form and GPS activity files uploaded to the app.

How we use your data

Uploaded GPS files are processed on our servers to generate visual exports. Waitlist emails are used only for launch updates and product notices.

Retention

Uploaded activity data is stored in temporary cache and automatically evicted after the configured cache TTL. Waitlist submissions are retained until removed on request.

Analytics

We use PostHog for privacy-conscious product analytics (page views, CTA clicks, and form events).

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data and do not share uploaded activity files with third parties for marketing.
